For all reservations we will request a deposit via PayPal:

1-3 Nights stay   =     1 night deposit     =   1200 Baht

4+ Nights approximately 30 percent of stay

These deposits are  refundable up till 30 days prior to travel, after 30 days they are non refundable. We request that your deposit is paid within 48 hours of booking.

Paying a deposit via Paypal is very easy. We send a payment request to your email. You do not need to have a Paypal Account, just a credit card. You then follow the instructions in the Paypal email, choosing "Pay by Credit Card" option.



Check in time is 2pm, check out time 12 noon. Free early and late check outs are given when and if possible.

If early or late check outs are booked in advance an extra night will be charged


We request that you pay the full balance within 24 hours of arrival, preferably in local currency.

All prices include tax and charges, no hidden cost.

Room prices are the same all year round.
